The Product Electronics Quality & DVT group within the Product Electronics department is responsible for the technical supplier management for electronic components, the definition of quality requirements and quality gates, the support of suppliers in testing development, the end-to-end responsibility of design verification for embedded systems – from test architecture to implementation.

Your role

As Head of (m/w/x) of this Group, you will technically support suppliers for electronic components and organize product launches

Their task is to advance both the further development of the team and the individual further development of the employees.

Together with your team, you design the processes for design verification of embedded electronics

You are responsible for supporting relationships with external development partners and are committed to expanding the existing partner network

You ensure that required skills, capacities and technologies are planned, developed and maintained and thus support the strategic growth of SMT

You are responsible for shaping business decisions and strategic orientation with the team

You have a very good technical or scientific degree, ideally with doctorate

You preferably experience the design verification of complex electronic systems and/or the technical support of suppliers with

You work quickly and purposefully into new, complex topics

You have strong leadership skills and have successfully managed and coordinated teams and/or projects

You have the pleasure of motivating employees and developing them into a powerful team

You are characterized by high self-motivation, sense of responsibility and the ability to successfully implement changes
