As part of Strategy & Business Excellence, you bring structure into bank-wide strategic projects. You work closely with the management and management level (including management, managing directors, department managers, team leaders) and actively shape the further development of the bank.

Interdisciplinary projects and the development and implementation of banking strategies You build project management standards (including templates, status formats, meeting structures), take ownership for central control formats and act as a central PMO interface for the departments You'll focus on cross-area project packages and accompany the creation of status reports and presentations You coordinate and control the interface topics as well as coordination between the departments You take over the quality assurance of documents for internal and external stakeholders You develop together with the teams KPIs, implement performance indicators and operational control variables

You have a very well completed university degree, ideally in economics, law, economic informatics or a comparable degree course You have at least two years of relevant experience (e.g. business consulting/inhouse consulting/corporate strategy/PMO) - ideally in the area of Financial Services, Digital or Startup You work analytical and structured, tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner and resolutely implement tasks You have experience in creating management documents and can prepare complex content clearly and precisely You draw your attention through self-sufficiency, sense of responsibility and strong communication
