Strategic control and operational implementation of the location-specific logistics concept Efficient organization of storage capacities and optimization of storage areas for finished products Ensure smooth loading processes with strict compliance with safety and cleanliness standards Professional and disciplinary leadership of the warehouse team including demand-oriented deployment planning Monitoring of shipping documentation as well as checking the proper load securing Monitoring and reporting of operational key figures for continuous process improvement Active interface work with production, sales and disposition at eye level Control of inventories and consistent implementation of measures to optimize inventory

Successfully completed training in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional practice in a leading function within warehouse or shipping logistics Detectable experience in personnel management and efficient resource planning High social competence and the ability to communicate clearly and legally with different disciplines Enforced personality with strong decision-making and resilience Self-employed, structured working method paired with high self-initiative Safe user of MS Office programs and experience with warehouse management systems
