In the central Group Controlling of the Schön Klinik Group, you will find a responsible position with direct influence on the financial management of our Clever companies: Clever Gourmet (CGO) and Clever Facility Management (CFM). As a central service provider with more than 800 employees, You provide high-quality food and a safe, clean environment at our clinic locations – making an important contribution to the well-being for our patients, patients and employees. With its 17 clinics and 47 day clinics and outpatient facilities, the Schön Klinik Group, founded in 1985, is the largest family business in the German hospital sector. Forecasting Financial Planning & Forecasting: As part of the forecasts and economic planning, you take over the coordination in close coordination with the specialist departments – thereby ensuring a reliable, forward-looking financial management of the Clever companies. Reliable financial statements & results: Monthly and annual financial statements are actively accompanied by you. Their analyses create transparency, secure data quality and provide sound basis for management through accurate reporting. Depth & Scenario Analyses: Complex Deviations, Ad-hoc Questions and Scenario Calculations are for you daily craftsmanship. From the results, you will derive concrete, implementable measures to optimize the economic results – analytically based and practical. Commercial Sparring & Operational Control: As a trusted Sparring partner at eye level, you are provided with advice to the management. Their analyses and recommendations are directly involved in the result-based management and strategic development of the two service companies. Efficient reporting & controlling processes: You think Controlling holistic, transparent and sustainable – existing reporting and control processes are designed by you and adapted to new requirements. Keep in mind efficiency, usability and strategic relevance. Funded calculations & investment decisions: Whether hourly wages and hourly rate calculations or investment and economic analysis – You provide resilient calculations as a decision-relevant basis for sustainable growth.

You have completed your studies in business management, health management or health economics, ideally focusing on controlling. You have several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the service or health sector; Knowledge of facility or object management is advantageous. You have fun dealing with numbers, a pronounced analytical thinking ability, and understand how to penetrate complex relationships quickly. You bring excellent knowledge to MS Office, especially Excel, and have first experiences with SAP (FI, CO, MM & BI). You are characterized by a pronounced self-initiative, team capacity and convincing communication strength.
