The Klinikum Mittelbaden (KMB) is a municipal health company operating two clinics with several medical locations and 890 medical plan beds, medical care centers (MVZ), nursing homes, a dementia center, an outpatient care service, a palliative center and a hospice. Strengthen our team as a procurement manager (m/w/d) at Rastatt: As a contract manager (m/w/d), you play a central role in the procurement of healthcare services and services for our clinics as well as for our nursing facilities and subsidiaries. Among other things, you expect the following responsible tasks: Independent planning, implementation and documentation of procurement procedures under national and EU law Creation and testing of performance registers, tendering and contract documents in close coordination with the specialist departments, in particular for: business and service contracts incl. Freelance services IT and medical services Food procurement and specific catering services Medical supplies and consumer goods

Implementation and moderation of negotiation procedures, bidder talks and bidder colloquia Assessment of offers and preparation of proposals for awards and documentation of decisions Consultation, coordination and support of specialist areas in procurement Participation in the further development of standards, processes and digital solutions in procurement management Support in contract management and compliance with legal and internal compliance requirements

A successfully completed degree in the field of economics, administration specialist or equivalent qualification Alternatively, a completed administrative, commercial or technical vocational training with multiannual experience in the implementation of complex procurement procedures, preferably in a municipal environment Knowledge of public procurement law (GWB, VgV, UVgO) and practical experience with EU-wide tenders would be desirable A structured, right-wing and team-oriented way of working Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
