You are the commercial Sparring partner of the Heads Division and the Partner Division. This includes the support of the entire lead-to-cash process as well as the monthly reporting of the Simon-Kucher state companies. You tune the analysis results with the management, set up financial presentations and conduct appropriate control measures. The creation of the Budgets Division is also one of your tasks.
