You play a central role in the development of a business-critical web application with complex backend. In a cross-functional, agile squad, you work together with backend, frontend and full stack developers:inside, Product Owner:in, UX and Business Expert:inside. As Lead Developer (m/w/d), you are responsible for the overall technical responsibility for the product. You give orientation to the team, structure the technical work and make sure that quality, wartability and delivery are guaranteed. In addition to the new product, it will jointly ensure the stable operation of an existing application until it is gradually replaced. You will meet pragmatic decisions and help the team to clean priorities.

Your tasks: Development and development of a modern Java full stack application (Java / Spring Boot & Angular) Technical leadership of the developer team in everyday life (Coaching, Mentoring, Sparring) Responsibility for architecture, APIs, data management and integration Active co-design and decision on architecture, interfaces and technical guidelines Ensuring high code quality through code reviews, test strategies and clean code principles Identification and reduction of technical debt Establishing and further developing efficient development processes (e.g. Testing, CI / CD) Close cooperation with Product Owner, UX and Business to implement technical requirements

Multiannual experience as a senior software or full stack developer:in complex software projects Very good knowledge of Java (17+), Spring Boat and modern Backend architectures Experience in the development and design of REST APIs (OpenAPI / Swagger) Good knowledge of Angular (16+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS as well as experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL, and database migrations (Flyway or Liquibase) Safe handling of test frameworks and methods (JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainer, WireMock) and experience with Docker, Maven and Git-based development processes (e.g. GitLab) High quality awareness, structured working and pleasure in taking responsibility, and the ability to communicate technical topics in a comprehensible manner and to take others along Nice to have: Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration, messaging systems such as NATS or Azure Service Bus, cloud experience, ideally Microsoft Azure, end-to-end tests with Cypress or Playwright and knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts (e.g. Keycloak, JWT) Your profile is rounded off by fluent knowledge of German and English
