Senior Coordinator (m/f/d) Claims P&I - limited to one year

The Claims P&I team is responsible for reviewing, preventing and settle cargo claims for the Hapag-Lloyd AG and its subsidiaries. Handling complex cargo and third-party liability claims Assessment of the factual and legal situation with the engagement of other departments, experts, insurers and lawyers Collaborating with colleagues in other involved departments in insurance-related tasks Conducting settlement avoids and handling recourses against third parties and, in individual cases, assisting with the preparation of litigations in collaboration with lawyers Settlement with insurers Monitoring and monitoring risk situation and risk developments regarding loss prevention File management and maintenance of statistical data and reserves in the IT system

Successfully completed training in one of the following areas: Analytical and good problem-solving skills. Good communication and cooperation skills, reliable team player Ability to organize yourself and work in a structured manner Good IT skills and enjoy working with specialist software Ability to function in a cross-cultural environment Very good knowledge of written and spoken English Professional in MS Office
