Conducting challenging projects in warehouse, production and maintenance logistics with a clear focus on efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness Implementation of innovative automation concepts in cleaning and maintenance processes for performance enhancement Development of scalable workplace, machine and tool standards for global roll-out Introduction and anchoring best practices in international PERI subsidiaries Planning and evaluation of layouts and processes as part of feasibility and cost-effectiveness analyses Close cooperation with central interfaces and global subsidiaries Control of cross-departmental project work together with relevant stakeholders

Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automation technology or production technology or comparable technical qualification Multiannual experience in factory or production planning, ideally focusing on machine and plant design Deep knowledge in the planning, implementation and commissioning of automation solutions International project experience and strong interface competence in the global context routine in dealing with project management methods and experience in managing complex projects under time, cost and quality aspects Very good knowledge of German and English Analytical thinking, coupled with a trained look for optimization potentials in processes and technical working environments Communication strength, initiative and joy of international cooperation International readiness to travel (20 %)
