Your role in ZEISS Digital Innovation As part of our HR team, you play a central role in operational personnel management and act as a contact person for employees at our German locations. Your tasks include:

Wages and salaries: They actively contribute to the preparation and implementation of wage and salary bills, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Staff administration: You take over any administrative activities along the Employee Life Cycle (e.g. the creation of work contracts, work certificates and other documents). Always pay attention to compliance with legal requirements and corporate guidelines. Document and Process Management: Your tasks also include the storage and organization of personal-related documents, research and evaluations, as well as the support in the timely monitoring of personal-relevant processes.

The HR team is looking forward to your full or part-time support (determination: two years).

You also have the following profile: Successfully completed studies ideally with the focus on personnel management or comparable commercial vocational training Experiences and knowledge in personnel management and in payroll accounting Interest in labour relations Safe handling of the MS Office package Safe mastery of the German language and actively applicable English Careful, independent and solution-oriented work and procedures Teamability, communication skills and professional appearance
