Become part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US Our Team Engineering Change Management Series at the Leinfelden site is responsible for the control and coordination of changes in the series development of our vehicles. We work closely with various development areas, project teams and international partners: both from Brazil and Turkey, in particular, to evaluate, prioritise and implement technical changes efficiently. Our work contributes significantly to the product quality, time and competitiveness of Daimler Truck AG! THE WORK Direct cooperation with current vehicle projects and technical changes for trucks and commercial vehicles Insights into controlling complex change processes across different development areas Preparation, participation and support for change rounds, project meetings and coordination talks including documentation and task tracking Preparation of management reports, presentation documents and status overviews Participation in the optimization and digitization of our change management processes and methods Cooperation with national and international development, project and production areas Own processing of smaller subprojects in the field of engineering change management Knowing the development and decision-making processes of a world-leading truck manufacturer
