Inhouse Consultant SAP Success Factors (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the stable operation and the continuous development of our HR system landscape with focus on SAP SuccessFactors. You enter and develop our SuccessFactors modules – such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals or Learning. You analyze and evaluate requirements from the personnel sector, develop solutions and accompany their implementation. You take over the (partial) project management at SAP SuccessFactors projects and work closely with HR, IT and external partners. You coordinate service providers and ensure high-quality implementation and support processing. You train users, design user-friendly processes and ensure a clean transfer to the company and support.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of (economic) informatics, economics or BWL with a focus on computer science or a comparable qualification. You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in one or more modules (e.g. EC, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals). You know cloud-based HR processes and interfaces to SAP HCM or third-party systems. You have experience in SAP Customizing or in the configuration of SuccessFactors modules (optionally via partner/service provider). You bring project management expertise and work structured and solution-oriented. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
