You are responsible for...

• the support and support of the residents in their everyday activities taking into account the individual needs and the particular situational features
• the support of residents, for example, in the context of moderated meals
• promotion of social contacts and the community in the living area
• the care of the residents both as part of a single tour and in group offers

• provide a qualification for the everyday companion according to §87b SGB XI (until 2016) or §53c SGB XI
• Have experience in accompanying people with dementia
• Observation and sensitivity
• estimate cooperative cooperation with other professional groups

• identify with the objectives and values of the Caritas and show the willingness to practice and live in everyday work
