Your tasks:

As a CNC lathe you play a crucial role in our Production process. Your main tasks include:

• Self-setting, operating and monitoring of CNC lathes
• Programming and optimization of CNC programs (e.g. Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain)
• Production of precision parts according to technical drawings
• Selection, retrieval and replacement of tools and clamping means
• Implementation of measurement and quality controls with standard Means of measurement
• troubleshooting and minor maintenance and Maintenance services
• ensuring compliance with quality and Safety standards

Requirements:

• Completed design as machining mechanic, CNC lathe or comparable qualification
• Finded experience in CNC turning
• Very good technical understanding and drawing safety
• Self-employed, careful and quality-conscious work
• Teamability, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Ready for 2-shift work
