Product Owner for M/TEXT (m/w/d)

In this role, you act as a central contact person:in the areas of expertise, the developer team and the software manufacturer (kwsoft) and actively supports the project management. analyse the requirements and accompany the solution finding in the context of the technical possibilities within M/TEXT. You support the planning of migration in close coordination with the departments and ensure the necessary flow of information to achieve the goal. As a Product Owner, you will accompany the IT-Kolleg:inside the know-how building and actively offer support. In addition, you give impulses for product development and the possibilities in the digital environment. You support team management in regulatory issues in the process of document creation and participate in processes of document development. In addition, you work in an interdisciplinary team with specialist specialists and application developers to design optimal solutions.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable course of study. Ideally, you bring first experiences in the role of Product Owner, possibly supplemented with a corresponding theoretical training. Knowledge and first experience in the technical requirement analysis as well as technical understanding and first experience in the use of JavaScript complete your profile. You have strong skills to analyse, evaluate and offer complex relationships. Your communication is safe and targeted – whether in the team, with specialist areas or external service providers. You are pleased to work with colleagues in an interdisciplinary way, to make complex topics understandable, to work structured and to promote proactive and independent topics.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
