In your role, you take on the holistic support and advice of our employees and executives along the entire employee lifecycle – from setting to exit. You are a competent contact person for all personal topics. You will design and accompany a professional and modern recruiting process – from job alerts to setting – and ensure a warm and structured onboarding of new team members. You are also at the side of our executives when implementing personal measures. In addition, you will create evaluations, statistics and reporting to support data-based decisions in the HR field. In addition to carrying out administrative HR processes such as entry and exits, contracting and personal data management, you actively contribute to exciting HR projects. With your view on efficiency and quality, you are constantly working on the optimization of our existing HR processes and thus contributing to the further development of our personnel area.

You have a degree in human resources management, business management, psychology or commercial training with corresponding experience in human resources. Professional experience in HR is an advantage and helps you quickly find yourself in our structures. With the most popular MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you are sure and routined. You work structured, reliable and independent and keep an overview even in lively phases. Your communication strength, your empathic appearance, and your high level of discretion are yours. You have knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, so you can safely move in an international environment.
