Civil Engineer for Dismantling/Existing Industrial Plants (m/f/d)

Planning, approval and implementation of construction measures in rebuilding and stock Coordination of static calculations and evaluation of structural interventions (e.g. breakthroughs, load removals, fastening technology) Planning and monitoring of reconstructions, changes in use and pollution restorations (Asbest, PCB) Revision of building documents and adaptation to the current state of repair Coordination and supervision of foreign companies (quality, appointments, occupational safety) Coordination with authorities and internal interfaces (brand protection, radiation protection)

Complete studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. architecture, industrial engineering construction, environmental engineering) Experience in construction, rebuilding, rebuilding or renovation Knowledge of structural planning, building regulations and approval procedures Experience in the industrial environment Structured, independent operation and high safety orientation Experience in coordinating construction sites or project participants
