The Center Coordination is the organizational backbone of our Center ITO & MO/ET and is responsible for internal communication in addition to personnel needs and budget planning. The ITO (Information Technology Operations) is responsible for building and operating our IT infrastructure for production. The Center MO/ET (Technology & System Engineering) bundles process, digitization and automation expertise to optimize and digitize processes for production. In order to inform and integrate our employees in the best possible way, we are looking for dedicated students (m/w/d) who help us develop and implement a new communication concept as part of an internship. We want to communicate less text based (intranet articles and e-mail newsletters) and use significantly more visual media (video and photo). We have extensive experience in the field of video and photography and will work intensively into your tasks. Professional equipment is also ready to implement your ideas. These tasks await you: Conception, filming and editing of video formats: development and implementation of short video formats about events and projects in the ITO & MO/ET
Photography & image processing: Photography and editing of images e.g. at center-intern events for different communication channels
Intranet page care: Write and update content on the Intranet page
Support for PowerPoint Presentation Design: Design of attractive presentations for internal purposes
Support for the organisation of internal events: cooperation in the planning and implementation of events such as Townhalls
