Sales employee - no cold calling, fully remote (d/m/f)

For our open position as an employee in sales (d/m/w) we are looking for you! In this department we allow our customers: an incomparable online car purchase experience. As Autohero, the innovative online shop for tested used cars, we are part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading platform for automotive trade. Our innovative platform allows customers to purchase high-quality used cars online conveniently, safely and transparently.

Start in the sales team and support our customers in all questions and concerns related to car purchase. You will also make an important contribution to ensuring a smooth process and an excellent customer experience of our Autohero Retail Department. You are the voice of our premium used car platform and enter our private buyers by phone and email (no video telephony). With your negotiation skills you convince our customers and achieve your sales success through personal care. You work exclusively with pre-qualified customers – no cold acquisition! You accompany the entire purchase process: from the first request to the successful conclusion and are always a competent contact person. By selling additional services such as warranty extensions, financing and other offers, you increase your salary by cross- and upselling.

You are a passionate salesman and brings a high self-motivation and enthusiasm for your goals and achievements. Experience in customer support or in the telesales is advantageous, but no need! You're a communication talent, you're self-confident and enjoy working in the team and in direct customer contact. Personal development and career opportunities are important to you. You have fluent German language skills in word and writing – further language skills are a plus.
