The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

You take responsibility for user and authorization management within the Black Group. You are our expert and proactively promote the following topics.

• Permission concepts: You are responsible for the analysis, consulting, design and implementation of authorization concepts in our SAP system landscape.
• Project work: You accompany forward-looking projects such as S/4HANA Conversions and SAP RISE Migrations from the perspective of SAP permissions.
• Process optimization: You analyze our existing processes and actively introduce your own ideas for optimization and automation. We count on your suggestions to continually improve us.
• Security & SoD: You define and monitor critical permissions and conflicts as part of the function separation (SoD).

Your profile

• Experience in SAP Legacy Management: You have already gained experience in SAP user and authorization management and SAP role building is not a foreign word for you.
• Learning and self-initiative: You have a very great interest in SAP authorization management and underlying processes. You are motivated to advance themes independently and actively shape them.
• Education: You have a successfully completed technical study of (economic) informatics or comparable IT training.
• Programming skills (Nice-to-have): Knowledge in Python or other programming languages is advantageous, but no need.
• Communication: You are a team player with very good communication skills.
• Languages: You speak very well English and good German.
