You are responsible for end-to-end product development in Paid Subscriptions – from idea to validation to successful implementation Together with design, data and engineering, you develop new PLUS features and content that facilitate the everyday life of our users You analyze user behavior, market trends and conversion data to make data-based decisions You control and prioritize the team’s product roadmap along our corporate goals and actively promote the optimization of the conversion in PLUS as well as the reduction of the termination rate You take Business Ownership for your product range: You understand the central KPIs and sales drivers of our Paid business, highlighting clear priorities and make sure that product decisions are measurably deposited on business success You work closely with stakeholders from marketing, content and technology to ensure consistent paid experience across all touchpoints As part of the product management team, you develop ideas, learnings and a product vision for Chef

You have at least 4–5 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager - ideally in a digital subscription/paid product environment You have a strong business confession and always think products from sales and KPI perspective - you also know how product decisions affect economic success You have experience in data-driven work, A/B testing and hypothesis validation You are strong in communication and stakeholder management and advance your team and environment through clarity and prioritization You have experience with Agile Frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and love working with interdisciplinary teams
