SAP Inhouse-Consultant HR (m/f/d)

As Consultant (m/w/d) SAP HR at AirITSystems, you are part of our small but powerful SAP HR team in the Airport Solutions business unit. The focus of the team is on consulting our customer Airport Hannover with regard to the optimal presentation of the business processes in the SAP HR (HCM systems). The focus is on the support, further development and optimization of the modules pay billing (PY) and the time economy (PT). But come first: After your structured incorporation, you will perform the following tasks: You are Trusted Advisor: As a contact person with far-sightedness, you will advise the key users on the customer side regarding the feasibility of requirements and the analysis and correction of errors in the SAP. Release Management: You advise our customers on release changes and adjustments in modules and provide security and support for system introductions. Customizing: The focus of your task lies in the analysis and design of business processes and interfaces as well as the implementation of optimizations by means of customizings. Project Management: You accompany important projects in cooperation with other teams - from request analysis to conception of solutions to implementation. Curious on AirITSystems? Completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualification (technical/economic training as IT-system-customer/wife) You bring professional experience, high problem solving skills and very good SAP HR skills – especially in the component Payroll (PY) incl. Schemes and rules – like PA, PT and OM. You have experience in testing, evaluating and processing technical upgrades/SupportPackage recordings. You bring a wide range of IT know-how, basic ITIL knowledge and a structured and solution-oriented, flexible way of thinking. You are strong in communication and presentation, team-ready and customer-oriented. German language skills and good English skills complete your profile.
