In your own responsibility, you take on the control of measures for the rehabilitation and modernization of our higher education institutions with a special focus on sustainable solutions You are responsible for the retrieval and processing of services under existing contracts, from commissioning to accounting, both through individual retrieval from framework contracts and through direct contracts If required, you will create self-service tenders according to VOB or VOL and then accompany the implementation of the commissioned services until the final completion In building management, take individual measures as a project In addition, you will also be involved in real estate use taking into account the life cycle phase

You have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Electrical and Supply Technology or a comparable degree or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technicianin or Completion as a masterin in one of the above-mentioned disciplines, followed by a professional experience of at least four years (technists)/five years (master*in) in an occupation of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates). Further requirements: You ideally have first knowledge in dealing with procurement and contract law (VOB, VOL) You bring the willingness to incorporate into new work processes You are an organizational partner and are also characterised by a pronounced sense of cost and service, as well as good negotiation and organisational skills. In order to guide a service car, you are qualified and also have a certain knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1.

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). It is possible to carry out the same status of the applicants up to an A 12 LBesO A grade office.
