As a shift manager, you will take a key position in our team in which you take responsibility and ensure the work environment for a smooth functioning of the AEMP You will work closely with a motivated and talented team to achieve our goals together You take the operational management of your shift, including deployment planning, staff division, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and processes You support the introduction of new employees and are contact person:in case of technical questions

You have gained experience in the field of AEMP or in a similar environment You are ready to introduce your skills in a future-oriented company and take responsibility You are team-oriented and have a high level of communication Good knowledge of MS Office products Flexibility and readiness for shiftwork and standby services Strong sense of responsibility and careful, result-oriented working Sovereign appearance, self-initiative and enforcement strength, pronounced team capacity
