The support of the production areas at the site in all aspects of the operational labour control is our daily challenge. These challenges include: You work in the team Labour Force Control and take individual tasks independently You support the team in the procurement and control of flexible workers, and you also have contact with our specialist departments and personal service providers You support personal recordings at the Untertürkheim site, e.g. for holiday workers and employees from employee transfer You check invoices as part of the controlling and in coordination with temporary workers You participate in personnel projects and personnel measures, and you create documents and presentations for various HR topics You work with team-wide events and projects You prepare data in the context of labour control and illustrate it for different levels of leadership You support the production center in support of the personnel deployment planning application QuAP The activity can begin from February/March 2026.

degree course in the field of economics, economics, humanities and social sciences; ideally with a focus on staff or a comparable degree course German language skills Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Openness and curiosity and the willingness to join the team Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
