Your tasks In your practical semester at Hansgrohe, you can show what's inside you, for example in the Corporate Sustainability Department. For you, ESG, Climate Protection, EcoDesign and Social Engagement (CSR) are not mere fins, but a heartfelt opportunity? Then you're right here. Your tasks in Hansgrohe's sustainability team: You work with us on the 10 corporate sustainability initiatives, such as Green Products, Green Energy, Green Production, Climate Protection Strategy, Green Packaging and Social Engagement. You support the professional development and deep research on CO2 reduction, environmentally friendly production, energy efficiency, recycling or higher-level ESG requirements. You coordinate the planning and implementation of internal sustainability actions, such as after work events, the KinzigCleanUp or professional excursions, and thus strengthen your project management experience. You create creative texts, videos, presentations and campaigns for our internal sustainability communication. You collect ideas from employees, evaluate them and accompany the implementation of interdisciplinary project teams. You'll gather experience in organizing and performing workshops, as well as creating and performing presentations. You expand your cross-disciplinary expertise through training in our CAMPUS, factory guides and webinars.

Studies: Sustainability Management, Environmental Management, Energy Management, Resource Management, BWL, Marketing / Communication, Environmental Engineering, Economic Engineering, Business Psychology or Comparative Field; inmatriculated Great personal interest on sustainability Good knowledge in MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) Flowing German and good English skills Creativity, Motivation, Responsibility, Reliability & Organizers are attributes that we like to see in our team
