Controller (m/f/d)

Cost and performance calculation: maintenance and further development of cost and performance accounting as well as responsibility for material calculations, inventory assessments and the analysis of operational cost structures. Sales Controlling: Creation and testing of offer calculations, implementation of plan-actual comparisons and analysis of margins and cost-effectiveness. Planning & Reporting: Own creation of annual budget planning and ongoing forecasts as well as regular reporting in close coordination with the management and departments. Key figures & analyses: Support for relevant key figures, preparation of meaningful evaluations and deriving concrete recommendations for action for entrepreneurial decisions. Interfaces & Representation: Close cooperation with purchasing, production and sales as well as accompanying inventory and support and/or holiday representation in financial accounting.

Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training with corresponding training or an economic study or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing medium-sized industrial company. Expertise: Funded knowledge in cost and performance calculation, material and supply calculation, cost center planning and in the business billing sheet (BAB). IT knowledge: Very good Excel knowledge and safe handling of SAP R/3, especially FI/CO. Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous. Personality: Analytical, structured and hands-on with high quality standards. You communicate clearly, represent your technical assessment sovereignly and combine enforcement capability with a friendly, team-oriented way. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile.
