Crafts Coordinator - Focus on Foreman / Supervisor (Roofing) | Frankfurt (m/f/d)

Project Management & Planning: You determine and plan the workload for our projects and actively support the construction manager in the operational day-to-day business. Construction site management: You are the firm entity on site, supervise the construction sites and effectively manage our craftsmen as well as after-contractors. Quality assurance: You control the performance of the technicians (including interim and final withdrawals) and, if necessary, initiate repairs to guarantee a smooth decrease. Interface function: You are the central contact person for all commercial parties and ensure compliance with requirements, quality standards and deadlines. Resource planning: You take over the disposition of material and tools for the respective construction sites.

You have a completed, at least three-year work experience in crafts (ideally already with responsibility as a foreman or polish). OR: A completed study (e.g. civil engineering / project management) or a qualification as a master:in craftsmanship. Enforcement combined with a solution-oriented method.
