We are looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) in human resources at the next possible time, with a focus on the pay bill for a state employer.

Your tasks:

• Self-employed and on-time implementation of the pay bill for different types of contract using SAP HR.

• Examination and implementation of accounting requirements, e.g. from collective law, labour law and internal guidelines.

• Advice and support of employees in all accounting issues.

• preparation of evaluations and statistics and support for internal and external audits.

• cooperation with internal interfaces and external authorities, such as social security institutions and financial offices.

Your qualification:

• Completed commercial training or study with a focus on personnel, pay billing or comparable qualification.

• Finded knowledge of labour law and ideally in collective law (TVöD Bund).

• Multiannual professional experience in pay accounting and secure application of SAP HR.

• Self-employed, structured and careful working.
