Your tasks:
- Participation in the third-party funding project "FACE"
- Development and optimization of high-precision algorithms for AI-based analysis of EKG signal profiles e.g. from the field of machine learning, heuristic methods or data analytics
- Scientific evaluation of specific performance indicators (e.g. prediction accuracy) based on developed methods and results
- Patient care:internal studies and contact with doctors
- Implementation of methods in the field of cloud computing for distributed collection and analysis of vital data
- Publication in international journals and conference meetings
- Participation in the planning, implementation and acquisition of medical data science research projects
Your profile:
- Academic degree (master or comparable) in Medical Data Science and Medical information
- Knowledge in the application and implementation of models of machine learning in the medical context for the processing and analysis of medical vital data, detectable by lectures and/or project experiences. Experience with EKG data is desired
- Experiences with and knowledge of methods in the field of cloud computing for the distributed collection and analysis of vital data - here specifically methods of federal learning
- Knowledge in the field of medical study design, expert:internal interviews, qualitative data analysis and tools for evaluation in this field (e.g. MAXQDA)
- Programming experience at least in Python and another language (C++, C#, Java)
- Very good English skills and outstanding German skills (C2 level)
