In our 18-month trainee program, you pass through different departments in our branch and gain a good insight into processes and relationships, gradually deepen your knowledge and continuously apply it in practice. You always report directly to the branch office. You may have. Inserts in other Roofer branches with which we work closely, so you can get an optimal picture of the structures of the Roofer network. You have completed your studies in business (DH/FH/Uni) with specialisation in forwarding/ logistics, or you have a further training in the field of transport (m/w/d). They have already gained first practical experience, ideally in a forwarding company, and can optimally already have successes. You can see yourself in a long-term leadership position: They bring a high level of responsibility and decision-making. They are a communication-strong personality with high commitment, ability to enforce, social competence and holistic, entrepreneurial thinking.
