Consultant Intersection Contracts Energy Projects (f/m/d)

Amprion connects. Our transmission network transports electricity for 29 million people in an area from the North Sea to the Alps. A third of the German economic output is generated there. During the expansion of our transmission network, we cross other infrastructures such as roads, rail traffic and supply lines of public and private infrastructure managers (creating partners). The area of cross-border management is responsible for the implementation of Amprion's management projects for private management in cross-border areas and in this context fulfils the following tasks:

Creation and conclusion of cross-border and funeral agreements and agreements with public and private cross-border partners

Implementation of the application and approval procedure for the construction of the high voltage lines and cables and coordination and implementation of the contract negotiations with the cross-border partners

Assessment of contract options and preparation of recommendations for action and internal coordination of contractual contents with project managers

Coordination of external planning offices in connection with the preparation of technical cross-section documents

IHR PROFIL: (m/w/d)/ Techniker (m/w/d)/ Betriebswirt (m/w/d), or similar multiannual professional experience in a comparable environment

Experience in project work or the planning and implementation of other infrastructure facilities is desirable

Interest in dealing with contractual texts and legal texts

Negotiating skills and organisational capacity

strong cooperation readiness, reliability and team capability

driving licence class B
