The Albtal Transport Company (AVG) transports around 46 million passengers per year with its city railways. Project management: In an interdisciplinary project team for construction, workshops and farms, you take over the (partial) project management for new and remodeling projects, in particular in the field of external installations, open spaces and transport systems. Performance phases: from the concept phase to design and execution planning, the call for proposals to the design and commissioning. Coordination: They coordinate and control the planning offices involved in the project, construction supervisors, executive firms and experts. Building contractor: They are professional*in contact for all internal and external stakeholders and other stakeholders in the project and represent the interests of the client to third parties. Control: You keep an eye on dates and costs, are responsible for the tendering, billing and follow-up management. Risks minimise you with appropriate countermeasures, chances go actively. BIM: You are actively working on the implementation of BIM methodology in our company as part of first pilot projects.

Technical background: Successfully completed study of civil engineering or experienced state-tested technician in the field of construction engineering. Experience: professional experience as project managerin, ideally in the field of civil engineering / transport systems – whether on the side of the client, the specialist planner or the executive. Language knowledge: German language skills (min. C1). Responsibility: They are characterized by sense of responsibility and cost, as well as a responsible way of working, negotiating skills and enforcement. Expertise: Knowledge in project management / management, procurement law and contracting (e.g. HOAI, VOB) are of advantage. Knowledge of the relevant technical regulations complete your profile. The BIM methodology raises your interest. Also commercial interface topics such as project and cost controlling, conveying and PPM reporting are interesting for you. Software: Secure handling of MS Office, possibly MS Project and virtual project rooms. Driving licence: possession of a class B driving licence.
