Engineer Hazardous Substance Emission (m/f/d)

The tasks are diverse: research, development, investigation and testing of products and samples of substances are also part of these, such as operational measurements, advice, participation in standardization and regulation, as well as providing specialist information and expert knowledge. Your tasks: As an engineer (m/w/d) in the field of hazardous substance emission, you are involved in the development of new investigation procedures and testing equipment and carry out safety tests on machines and equipment for air cleaning and filter media. Your further tasks include: Independent application of the test bases incl. selection of suitable test methods, test conditions and test equipment, and adaptation of measuring and testing equipment, detection and elimination of malfunctions and preparation of the test equipment and tools documentation of the test results, correspondence with the contractors in German and English, participation in the implementation of QM measures in the testing laboratory, including verification, adjustment and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment Participation in publications and seminars as well as cooperation in research projects to reduce exposure to hazardous substances at work Consultation of accident insurance companies, equipment manufacturers and users with regard to: Measures for air pollution at work and participation in committees and bodies

Graduate degree (Bachelor or Diplom-FH) in engineering, preferably process engineering, or equivalent knowledge and experience knowledge in the field of flow teaching as well as in the field of measurement, control and control technology Safe handling of MS 365 Experience in the field of testing and certification of products and quality management desirable Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least level C1 of the common European reference framework for languages) Handicraft skill and fun in handling machines and tools as well as strong team and organizational skills Standing for occasional missions
