The Lebenshilfe in the district of Gütersloh e.V. was founded in 1962 and is deeply anchored in the region as a parent association. Around 140 employees support people in all ages and lives. The offer portfolio includes the Ambulant Supported Living, Special Housing Forms, Early Educational Funding with Advice and Diagnostics as well as offers in the school context, including in the open day and in school social work.

In your overall educational, strategic and organisational responsibility, you will guide the life support in the Gütersloh e.V. district and ensure their sustainable and future-oriented orientation. You develop the specialist areas conceptually and initiate innovative, demand-oriented offers in close coordination with internal and external actors. Through an appreciation of personnel and organizational development, you strengthen executives and employees and promote a learning, changeable organization. Ensuring legal requirements, professional standards as well as active networking with cost-holders, authorities, representations of interests and umbrella associations complete your responsibility profile.
