As a central contact person, you will accompany our interns and graduates throughout their stay and create a trusting and value-adding cooperation Co-responsibility for the entire recruiting process of interns and final work, from coordination to final decision, is part of your task Conduct interviews and provide a professional Candidate Experience You control all administrative processes in the field efficiently and reliably, from contract design to co-determination to on- and off-boarding You will also design the freudenberg-wide student table and actively contribute to strengthening the internal network With your ideas, you are driving forward the further development of our recruiting and HR processes, such as in the area of digitalization, and working actively as part of your tasks. As part of our HR team, you will gain deep insights into operational and strategic personnel issues

You are currently studying economics or a comparable degree course (ideally with a focus on staff) As part of your studies, you will find a mandatory internship of at least 5 months according to the regulations of study You are characterized by an independent, committed and reliable operation With a pronounced communication strength and a trustworthy and service-oriented appearance, you can see yourself as an interface between candidates and disciplines You are sure to use MS Office Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
