IT- Coordinator (m/f/d)

To support our users at the Ettlingen site (near Karlsruhe), we are looking for an IT Coordinator (m/w/d) at the next possible time. Help us drive and secure the digital processes of SanLucar in Germany! As an IT coordinator, you not only ensure the reliability, availability and security of our cloud and on-premise environments, but also act as a central local IT partner and as an important interface between our central IT in Spain and the business areas in Germany.

Ensuring secure and stable IT operations at the site Central IT contact for Germany Interface between departments and global IT Administration of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory and Exchange Online Supporting IT infrastructure, networks and IT security Coordination of IT projects and external service providers Analysis and solution of complex IT problems Ensuring compliance, security and service standards Support for digitalization, process optimization and user training Documentation and IT governance Budget and resource support in the IT sector

Completed study in the field of computer science or comparable study programme Advanced, technical knowledge and experience with: Experience in the administration of Microsoft Azure infrastructures Funded knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (O365) and Group Policies (GPOs) Practical experience with Exchange Online Knowledge in managing Microsoft Intune Good knowledge of networks and firewalls Experience with Perimeter Security Solutions, ideally based on Cisco or Palo Alto technologies Understanding network technologies such as ACLs, Routing, STP, OSPF and VLANs Experience in the Palo Alto ecosystem, in particular with firewalls, panorama, Cortex, xSOAR and Prisma Knowledge of PowerShell and the automation of IT processes by scripting

Very good knowledge of German and English Other foreign language skills are advantageous At least 5 years of experience in system administration or comparable IT function Experience in coordinating IT services and IT projects, as well as dealing with different stakeholders and service providers First leadership experience of advantage, but not absolutely necessary Experiences with Windows operating systems, and MS Office products A neat portion of team spirit and “Pack-we`s- an!” – mentality completes your profile
