Full-time practical guidance, for generalist training (m/w/d)

You perform nursing activities in the context of the practical instructions according to SGB V and SGB XI, in compliance with the applicable nursing science standards and quality standards. You plan, coordinate and accompany the internships of our trainees, as well as the internships of external trainees in our house. You are responsible for all practical training and work closely with the nurses and our care services. You provide appropriate and professional guidance for practical care training according to legal and GDA internal requirements, both in everyday life and in special learning situations. You assess and develop the potential of our trainees and interns. You prepare trainees for practical examinations and participate in the Audit Committee. You take over the correspondence with the cooperation partners (care schools and training partners). You are contact persons for our trainees and interns in care and care.

You are examinated/r Senior Caregiver, Health Caregiver and Nurse Caregiver. You have a completed training on the practical instructions. You convince with team skills, sense of responsibility and empathy. You already have knowledge or interest in an EDV-based care process documentation. You are characterized by communication and a structured way of working.
