Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Freiburg im Breisgau You take responsibility for the technical and timely execution of the construction sections/structures transferred to you in the field of building safety. The division of work and monitoring of internal and external assembly personnel with regard to work performance, quality of work, compliance with working hours, as well as appointment requirements are your tasks. You are responsible for the permanent setpoint/actual comparison of the order services with regard to costs and revenue. You monitor all safety regulations to be complied with (UVV, DIN, VDE, VDS, etc.) and other performance-relevant regulations and standards. In addition, you are responsible for switching on systems and implementing the commissioned services of the service directory. The monitoring of administrative receipts and the preparation of billable order documents complete your task profile.

Education: You have completed training in an electrotechnical profession, a technician or master degree is desirable. Qualification: You may have technical knowledge and advanced knowledge of VDE, VdS,VOB/B and general contract law. In addition, you have PC and network experience and a class B driving licence. Experiences and know-how: You have several years of professional experience in the field of construction management ideally with the focus on security and communication technology.
