Coordination of the entire process of a construction project and the proper execution of the construction measures Implementation, monitoring of the work and the contractually agreed delivery by the user Responsible for implementing technical and contractual specifications Construction progress control and scheduling as well as the initiation of counter- or Acceleration measures with imminent delay Project tuning of all participating departments for effective achievement Cost control of the calculated budget Management of the entire risk management process Creation, tracking and documenting red entries Responsible for HSE compliant execution of works and their documentation (contract and/or country specific) Reporting with clear responsibilities and tasks Presentation of projects inside and outside by presentations and presentations

Successfully completed technical/university training in the field of construction (high/low construction) At least 3 years of professional experience in the construction management of line construction sites or a long-term professional experience in construction Knowledge of structured development processes in a group environment Detailed industry knowledge or military training of advantage Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and the ability to work precisely and error-free even under time pressure readiness for occasional missions both nationally and internationally
