As a system architect (m/w/d), you develop the system design of modern air communication systems with the help of MBSE methods with an interactive team of internal and external specialists. You are responsible, in particular, for the development and management of system architecture at the overall system level; You will accompany the entire development phase of a complex system, from definition to specification, and act as a link between different disciplines. You play a key role in solving interdisciplinar problems by driving, supporting and doping the solution in the team from the point of view of the architecture. You will be able to moderate the dialogue between the participating disciplines and subsystems, and to work out and balance suitable solutions. In addition, you support the further development of methods and procedures in the field of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).

A completed study (Uni / TH) in the field of engineering, e.g. Systems Engineering, Air and Space Engineering, Machine Engineering or Software Engineering, is the ideal precondition for this position.
