take over the holistic administration and stable operation of our Unified Communication-&-Collaboration (UCC) platforms with a focus on Skype for Business / Teams, SharePoint and the associated collaboration services; In addition, you develop operating and usage concepts and actively participate in the design of sustainable solutions for digital cooperation. Your core business includes the installation, configuration and continuous maintenance of the UCC infrastructure and ensuring maximum system availability. You solve complex questions in the 2nd and 3rd Level Incident Management and ensure a high quality standard through sound technical documentation. You support the support of our mobile device management system and ensure a smooth connection of the terminals to our communication landscape. Together with colleagues and departments, you will accompany technical projects from the first concept to the successful roll-out.

(m/w/d) for system integration with several years of professional experience or a relevant study (e.g. computer science or business informatics) is the ideal prerequisite for this position. You also have deep technical knowledge in the administration of collaboration and communication systems (e.g. in the Microsoft environment).
