Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the operational management in our customer service You stand sensual for good service and strive for a high customer orientation As the first contact person, you take up all concerns and process the requests independently You ensure our customer satisfaction and service quality A core task will be the telephone and written processing of complaints and the answer to all customer requests

Experiences in inbound/outbound customer service and complaints are desirable As a cross-comer with a talent and interest in customer service / complaint / inbound you are always welcome to us You work solution-oriented and convince with your enforcing ability You draw your attention through excellent communication skills and very good written expression A high level of initiative, flexibility, sense of responsibility and team skills are of course for you We require good knowledge of German in word and writing You are a team player and like to work in a small motivated team You have good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
