Responsible and team-oriented project management and processing Planning and planning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities Procurement and consulting of builders Coordination of project participants Construction processing, quality control, cost control and time monitoring Processing of the HOAI power phases 1 to 9

Complete studies of engineering, technicians or masters in the field of supply technology, building / energy technology With an appropriate vocational training to the plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or central and ventilation builders Multiannual relevant professional experience commitment and know-how in building technology as well as experience in dealing with the regulations such as DIN, VOB A-C and HOAI Knowledge of CAD programs, calculation programs Standing for occasional missions
