Your tasks: Support for the refurbishment engagements of the customer segments

You communicate and negotiate with customers, consultants, lawyers and all persons involved in the rehabilitation process

Analysis of the economic situation and assessment of risks and prospects for the future of the supervised engagements

Monitoring and coordination of reorganization processes, including processes within the framework of restructuring or insolvency measures

You develop and evaluate refurbishment scenarios, create internal refurbishment concepts and implement the appropriate measures

Preparation and implementation of credit decisions based on economic analysis including technical implementation

Your profile: (m/w/d) or comparable qualifications You have experience in the handling and consulting of the commercial credit business, ideally also in the refurbishment area You have bank business knowledge and knowledge of balance sheet analysis and rating You have a sovereign, safe appearance and are highly negotiating You convince by a structured, targeted way of working You are strong in communication and can illustrate complex facts in a comprehensible way with fingertips and negotiation skills. You provide the willingness to attend training
