The Reichenau-Gemüse eG is the producer cooperative of the Reichenau vegetable gardeners and guarantees as such a regional and environmentally friendly vegetable production with more than 50% organic content. The well-known vegetable products, produced on the island of Reichenau and near Hegau, as well as fresh products from all over the world are marketed via the sales association Reichenau-Gemüse-Vertriebs eG.

For our high-performance shopping team, we are looking for a committed and strategic buyer (m/w/d) for fruit and vegetables at the earliest possible time.

Responsibility for purchasing and purchasing goods in national and international goods, with prioritization of regional products Own-sponsored control of over 400 fresh products to ensure the highest quality and freshness for a consistently available, sales-strong and marketable range Strategic and operational purchasing in the right quality and at competitive conditions: from large-volume pallets for wholesale, special national and international fruit and vegetables to special product qualities and specialties beyond the standard range Close cooperation with stock receipt and sales in terms of availability and quality Administrative tasks such as the accounting of the invoices, costing of sales prices and documentation of all purchase-relevant documents Participation in the seasonal planning of the product range and coordination of action plans together with our suppliers and customers Participation in trade fairs outside the season to expand the network and to analyze market and product developments

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in purchasing Knowledge of fruit and vegetables Structured and independent working, sense of responsibility and team skills Negotiating skills and communication strength MS Office Knowledge Willingness to Saturday operations (approximately every second Saturday morning changing) and seasonal holiday services
