You are responsible for the end-to-end management of the ticketing operating model in your role: ensuring quality, managing partners, optimizing processes, building community and driving further development:

Secure performance & control: You continuously define & monitor quality & performance goals with our ticketing partner & tune them with internal interfaces. Building and empowering community: You build a key user community with clearly effective roles, responsibilities & communication structures and control them. Analyze problems & solve them in a sustainable manner: you identify current challenges in the ticketing environment, prioritise measures & control the implementations and escalations together with internal stakeholders & our ticketing partner. Drive and implement innovation: You are planning & controlling technological developments with our ticketing partner & leading success factors for the continuous improvement of ticketing journeys as well as the operating model. Transparency & Knowledge: You build a central knowledge hub, keep it up to date for standards, governance and process compliance.

You have several years of professional experience (approximately 2 to 5 years) in partner management, event-ticketing, operational excellence or as a product owner/product owner. You have a degree (e.g. BWL, economic engineering or comparable) or equivalent training/qualifications. You have the pleasure of building, structuring & managing governance models. You think data-driven, entrepreneurial & find pragmatic solutions for complex challenges. You communicate clearly, convincingly & you can also do topics in challenging stakeholder constellations.
