Senior IT Workplace Engineer

Co-responsibility for the provision and continuous improvement of IT services at the Wolfurt headquarters Processing of complex incident and service requests and support of the Helpdesk team as a technical escalation instance Participation in the operation and further development of the workplace and client infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management and Asset Management Support and further development of local infrastructure services such as network technology, application servers, conference room technology, printing solutions and media technology Support in the introduction and standardization of modern workplace solutions and service processes Active cooperation with corporate IT teams to ensure efficient processes, uniform standards and high service quality Cooperation with external service providers, manufacturers and software suppliers Participation in analysis, documentation and sustainable solution of technical problems Active support in the further development of IT services at the Wolfurt headquarters

Multiannual professional experience in IT Support, Workplace Engineering or IT Operations Very good knowledge in the Microsoft workplace environment as well as in the support of modern client and workplace solutions Routine with Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management and Asset Management Good knowledge of network, infrastructure and collaboration technologies Experience in the analysis and sustainable solution of complex technical problems Enthusiasm to support employees and colleagues competently in technical matters Excellent service orientation as well as high communication and team skills Self-employed, structured and responsible work Joy in cooperation with different disciplines, international IT teams and external partners Very good German and good English skills
