Your tasks:

• Telephone contact with interested parties and existing customers to inform about services and offers.
• Arrangement of appointments for field staff with the persons called.
• answering questions and advice on the services offered.
• Management of customer data and call permissions.
• Close cooperation with the external service team for optimal scheduling.
• Inspection of the calendar of appointments of the relevant external service staff for direct and binding appointments.
