That's what you bring • Detectable experience in a digital agency in the implementation of agile digital projects and the support of existing customers • A completed university degree (e.g. in the fields of media management, business informatics or media design) is desirable - also a comparable qualification • Agility and team spirit: you work agile and motivate your team to successfully manage complex projects • Very good German skills, upper-intermediate or advanced written and spoken English Skills • Structured thinking, moderation & presentation security • A good portion of humor and pleasure in interdisciplinary teamwork
